Org. AJ Rosenzweig
FOUNDER OF THE INSTITUTE OF ORGANIZATION
AUTHOR OF:
The Organization understood as a professional discipline with scientific support in the sequential behavior of the natural order: Establishes the Organization as a natural science dedicated to the scientific study of the organizational behavior of the natural order based on phenomena of continuity and discontinuity related to evolutionary mechanics in the universe.
The first two major contributions of Antonio J Rosenzweig are simple but capable of transforming the discipline from its foundations, establishing the object of study of the Organization: "Continuity" and its source of study: "The natural order". Before these two cornerstones, the Organization had not been able to define itself clearly as a professional discipline and was focused solely on the study and design of processes, characterized by the systematic elimination of variables within a sequence of steps, thus distancing it from natural behavior models.
Immediately after having established the starting points, the first advances begin to appear and thus, AJ Rosenzweig begins to classify and group knowledge, giving rise to the discipline within the Institute.

of Organization.
Eight Universal Principles of Organization: Criteria that explain the laws of behavior of organizational phenomena in the universal order.
Organizational Properties of Matter: Attributes of interaction of matter determined by its nature and evolutionary condition.
The Organization Coefficient: Numerical interpretation system that allows measuring the behavior of continuity phenomena throughout the evolutionary processes of systems.
The Theory of Sequential Behavior: Postulates that explain the states of an evolutionary cycle based on the behavior of energy and equilibrium.
The Universal Scale of Disaster Magnitude: A numerical indicator capable of measuring the social impact of any type of natural or social phenomenon throughout its recovery process.
The Conceptual Definition of Disaster and Crisis: Changes the human perspective on natural and social phenomena, allowing for the transformation of the sector and crisis management.
The Global Organization Method: An organizational structure that enables the universal unification of terms and procedures during the collective coordination of multinational, multicultural, and multidisciplinary activities.
PATH
As an organizer, he has participated in the organization of State summits, papal visits, and nearly a thousand corporate events, covering everything from the organization of senior management meetings and launches to the development of global training models, conventions, fairs, exhibitions, and inaugurations.
Following the 2004 Tsunami in Asia, in 2005 he founded the World Institute for Organization and Advanced Planning with the aim of transforming the Organization into a professional discipline capable of offering, in complex scenarios, organizational solutions based on scientifically supported knowledge.
In 2014, at the invitation of the Secretary General of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development, José Ángel Gurría, he participated in the High Level Forum on Risk where he contributed the definition of Disaster, from which the Universal Disaster Magnitude Scale emerged to guide organizational management in these scenarios and transform the crisis management sector, through numerical references and objective criteria.
Currently, he is in charge of the organizational management of the COVID-19 phenomenon for the State of Querétaro, creating short, medium and long-term crisis management models that will be submitted to the United Nations General Assembly through the World Health Organization and the Agency for Risk Reduction and Management UNDRR
Under his leadership, the Organizing Institute offers the first professional certification programs for organizers, grounded in scientific research related to the organizational behavior of the natural order, and works with businesses and governments to develop organizational solutions for complex scenarios.

Global Contributions
The Universal Disaster Magnitude Scale
The UDMS (for its acronym in English) was conceived by Org. Antonio J. De Rosenzweig, founder of the Institute of Organization. Due to its universal character and practical application, it is considered one of the most important contributions made by organizational knowledge with scientific support, allowing the impact of any type of natural or social phenomenon to be measured, on any system, at any time and in any place.
Early Crisis Warning System
It is the methodology that allows establishing relationships between the anomalies of a system based on its tolerance threshold to reach generalized levels of discontinuity that force it to carry out forced evolutionary processes.
It is revolutionizing the way we prevent a crisis.
Organization coefficient
It is the index used to numerically understand the organizational behavior of a system and relates discontinuities to its evolutionary processes.
It is revolutionizing the way organizational diagnoses are made.
Universal Principles of Organization
They are criteria that express the conceptual understanding of organizational phenomena in the natural order and that allow us to adapt the knowledge of our discipline to any scenario.
They are revolutionizing the way we conceptualize organization as a professional discipline.
Global Organization Method
Scientific method adapted to the organization of projects, events, crisis and disaster scenarios.
It is revolutionizing the way we join a project, event or help in a disaster.
Pyramid of Organizational Priorities
It is the methodology used to outline the organizational architecture of an interactive scenario of variables, whether expressed in projects, events or disasters.
It revolutionizes the criteria for establishing priorities regardless of the type of organizational scenario.
Organization understood as a Professional Discipline
A set of subjects with scientific support, organized for the development of criteria, habits and organizational skills in different scenarios.
It is revolutionizing the way organization is learned in the world.
What have we done...
The foundation of a new professional discipline of human knowledge.
1990
AJR Our Founder's Career First Exercises in Complex Organization
In 1990, we organized 5,000 young people from Querétaro to attend the youth meeting with His Holiness Pope John Paul II.
AJR Period of being an entrepreneur.
If you live in Mexico and have ever traveled by bus from the airport to anywhere else, it is because under the name Exser a transportation service without terminals was created that was later acquired by Grupo Flecha Amarilla, becoming Aeroplus.
1999
AJR Creation of Casa Santa Fe Organization of Events: III Papal Visit to Mexico
The experience gained 9 years earlier led us to participate in the organization of the III Papal Visit to Mexico by His Holiness Pope John Paul II, during which we witnessed the challenges and behavior of events with millions of people.
Casa Santa Fe Growth: We started corporate accounts.
Starting with medium-sized companies such as Productos Pennsylvania and Industrias de Turbo Reactores, we are dedicated to transforming the organization of events in the corporate sector, seeking ways to turn them into tools to achieve objectives.
That same year we began working for Mars Inc., professionalizing its conventions, fairs, launches and client trips.
2000
Consolidation of Casa Santa Fe in corporate accounts.
During the year 2000 we took charge of the entire events portfolio of Mars Inc. Mexico and some strategic events of Nestlé, Unilever, as well as the construction of organizational culture in fifty companies that came to Querétaro.
2001
Consolidation of Casa Santa Fe in government accounts
In 2001 we began working with the Government of the Mexican Republic during the presidency of Vicente Fox, paying special attention to gender events.
2002
Casa Santa Fe International Growth: MARS Inc. Global Organizational Culture Change and APEC Summit Organization.
In Mexico, we implemented the global change in Mars Inc. Organizational Culture, which was carried out in 82 countries.
We were in charge of organizing the 2002 APEC State Summit, which consisted of 17 ministerial/sectoral summits and one presidential summit.
Additionally, we organize events for the American embassy in France, and we add industrial transformation sectors.
2003
Reorganization of Casa Santa Fe, Exponential Growth
Transformation of the business model that allowed us to multiply our installed capacity without increasing the number of employees or positions in the organization chart.
2004
TSUNAMI 2004: TURNING POINT
While Casa Santa Fe was growing exponentially in the market for corporate events and consulting in building organizational culture, at the end of 2004 the Tsunami in Asia occurred,
The Asian Tsunami contextualized the importance of organization by confronting us with the superficialities of organizational practices within events versus the fact that almost a third of the victims of the phenomenon were due to a lack of organization and not to the impact of the phenomenon.
2005
FOUNDATION OF THE WORLD INSTITUTE OF ADVANCED PLANNING AND ORGANIZATION
The loss of life during the 2004 Tsunami is only a replica of the loss of human life during any natural phenomenon and a reflection of the precarious state of everyday organizational consciousness around the world.
After the Tsunami, it became clear that no one had any academic professional training in the field of organization because there was not even an academic offering on the subject, that is, there was no Organization understood as a professional discipline.
That same year, Hurricane Katrina hit the United States, killing more than 1,000 people in one of the countries we considered to be the best organized. Again, more than a third of the deaths were due to a lack of organization, not the impact of the phenomenon.
Given these realities, we decided to found the World Institute for Advanced Organization and Planning.

IMOPA: FIRST THREE MAJOR CONTRIBUTIONS TO ORGANIZATION
-
Establishment of the Object of Organization = EVOLUTION
-
Establishment of the Subject of Organization = CONTINUITY
-
Establishment of the Source of Study = NATURAL ORDER
Until then, those involved in organization could not conceptualize what an organizer's deliverable was; they didn't know what they were doing when they said they were organizing. Now we know that an organizer delivers continuity.
Until then, organization was tied to theories aimed at making work more efficient, grounded in control and social order, rather than continuity as a reflection of the behavior of natural order.
With the emergence of Organization understood as a discipline of human
knowledge dedicated to studying the behavior of continuity in relation to evolution through phenomena of discontinuity in the natural order, the possibility arises of turning it into a natural science.
2007

2023
YEAR DEDICATED TO THE INTEGRATION OF CULTURAL ORGANIZATION INTO SCIENTIFIC ORGANIZATIONAL KNOWLEDGE.
Few years have been as painful as 2023, a period during which we had to accept that the planet will not meet the goals necessary to prevent global warming from causing permanent changes to life on Earth. This reality forced us to focus our attention on developing organizational programs specifically aimed at crisis and disaster management from the population level.
Additionally, 2023 revealed the face of the absence of organization in all areas of interaction in which we are involved, from refugee camps in Africa to the situation in Acapulco, Mexico, following Hurricane Otis; from the lack of organizational culture and understanding in governments to multinational corporations.
Knowledge is of no use if humanity prioritizes its fears.
In response, through the World Organization Institute, we promoted proposals directed at the National Institute of Anthropology and History as a platform to integrate organization understood as a natural science into different cultures, beginning with pilot programs in Mexico.
